Our kitchen

No gas, no shortcuts. Just oak, cherry and time.

Everything on the menu meets the fire. We bring in whole animals and morning harvests from farms within ninety miles, and the menu changes with what arrives at the back door.

Chef Marisol Vega opened Ember & Oak in a former ironworks, keeping the brick, the beams and the original hearth.
